Triton Development GmbH is building an office building and hotel building in central location, close to Alexanderplatz, on the corner of Alexanderstraße and Schicklerstraße. The target group are students as well as young people.
The perimeter block development encloses an inner courtyard, which is accessible via a passage/drive-through from the private road.
In the inner courtyard, recreational areas and landscaped open spaces are to be planned. The courtyard is planned as predominantly paved outdoor area which can be used as seating area and amenity space. The area is to be structured by elevated planting areas/planters. The entire courtyard is underpinned by an underground car park.
Besides car and bicycle parking spaces, technical rooms and rooms for waste deposal are to be arranged here.
Based on the planning of the interior design in an innovative modern creation, the courtyard was also designed in a similar way according to user's request. The preliminary design by Büro Masquespacio was examined with regard to its feasibility and subsequently the implementation planning was prepared.
