A connection between the individual schools and an opening to the district were the main requirements of the planning. In the cooperative design process, it was necessary to unite the interests
of those involved and to create an identity-creating overall concept.
With the overarching theme of "HeimatHafen" and the resulting associations of marina, landing stages, lido, etc., an inviting area with functional themed spaces was finally created that can be used for a variety of open space uses.
A climbing frame made of natural wooden logs, playground equipment for younger children, wooden decks for sitting and playing, and a bouldering wall with maritime details are components of the area. Generous grass plantings provide a maritime flair through their lively vibrations and connect the individual elements with each other.
