AppreciationGerman Landscape Architecture Award 2003

Jury verdict: The idea of creating a three-dimensional park in the city with different levels of use, some of which are superimposed, is completely new. The element "inner-city park" is thought into the third dimension and integrated into already existing green spaces in the city of Zurich. It shows how open space qualities can be created with a reduced amount of space. The innovative core of layering and stacking of open spaces and their creative shaping are thus honoured.
