The project site is located on Manhagener Allee in the middle of Ahrensburg's Wilhelminian villa district. It is part of the quarter close to the city centre, which stretches between Manhagener Allee, Bargenkoppelredder and Ahrensfelder Weg. The areas of the inner courtyard are located on the underground car parks. The design of the inner courtyard is characterised by a boulder field and four planters. In addition, the terrace and surrounding deciduous hedge form the tenant gardens a friendly green space. The development of the apartments is barrier-free.
