The Badstubenstraße inner courtyard in Wolgast contained a number of partly dilapidated garages, sheds, areas used as parking lots, a laundry area and fallow land. The inner courtyard shows strong differences in height - on a length of approx. 50 m the difference in height amounts to approx. 5 m. The inner courtyard was redesigned. Parking spaces were created for the new buildings, as well as green areas close to the apartments with quality of stay. Via the site in Badstubenstraße, access to the parking spaces was provided to the middle level via a ramp. At the bottom of Badstubenstraße, areas for waste bins and shrub planting have been created. A fence was placed towards the Brandgasse in Badstubenstraße.
