The extravagant holiday home is located on a double plot of approx. 1,600 m² directly on the Atlantic Ocean. In the rear garden part around the swimming pool next to a 220 m² wooden terrace large rest areas were created. The vegetation consists mainly of native woods and perennials to preserve the genius loci. The choice of materials took into account the prevailing climate, so the gabions are made of stainless steel due to the salty Atlantic air.
