Preparation of a project-related B-plan for a shopping and specialist retail centre on brownfield land in the area of the former southern railway station in Hanover; planning of the outdoor facilities with parking spaces, access road incl. sewage system and intersection conversion (mini-roundabout)

Urban land use planning; engineering planning of all open spaces (customer parking, employee parking, delivery) and the access road incl. sewerage (LP 1-3 HOAI).

Contaminated site, consideration of numerous conditions (remediation, noise, seepage, etc.), intensive coordination with various departments of the city and region as well as the DB (directly adjacent ICE railway line, remediation carrier soil contamination).
