Residential development at Petershausen railway station student housing

The development at Petershausen railway station in Constance houses commercial facilities as well as predominantly apartments for students. Six individual buildings are connected to each other underground via an underground garage and above ground via a laterally guided development screen. Between the middle building towers, a public square serves as access to the Petershausen train station.

The open spaces consist of a sequence of inner courtyards as well as a terrace courtyard on the 1st floor. An extensively landscaped meadow area with trees extends between the development and the adjacent railway area. The open spaces on the underground car park are designed with height modelling so that tree plantings can be realised despite low construction heights.
