With the new construction of the auto parts center, a sales building with a warehouse, offices and a demo workshop were created on a brownfield site within an industrial park.
The outdoor facilities included 44 car parking spaces for visitors and employees, a low yard for delivery, parking spaces for pickup, and a fire department bypass.
The site was landscaped with a 4-meter wide strip of native shrubs and ground cover towards the boundaries.
