New construction of a factory and storage hall with administration, petrol station and car wash

With the new construction of the factory and warehouse, a vehicle preparation station with filling station, car wash, painting areas, an administration building with social facilities, as well as truck and fire brigade bypass and an employee car park with 80 parking spaces was created on the former parking area of a car manufacturer.

Special consideration was given to the specific technical requirements for various functions and work processes, as well as the securing of the site.

It was additionally landscaped with a perimeter planting in the form of a rampart with native trees and shrubs towards the street.

The subsoil posed a particular challenge, as the site is located on a former gravel pit, which was filled with washing sands. Extensive measures to stabilize the subsoil in the traffic areas were therefore necessary.
