The landscape plan was integrated into the land use plan in 2005 and thus became binding for the authorities.
The keeping free of the two Worm Ice Age slope edges from development and the preservation of the character of the clearing islands have been guiding principles for the decisions of the municipality until today.
Since then, we have been advising the municipality in questions of landscape planning through expert opinions on biotope evaluation and lectures. Biotopes of cultural-historical and geological significance are now to be designated as landscape elements.
