Three residential buildings, each with four storeys, were created on top of three basement levels, which accommodate underground car parks and two supermarkets.
In the rear, hedges delimit the private terraces from the generally accessible garden areas, which merge into the tree-lined embankment. To the front, the publicly accessible promenade extends parallel to the railway line. It provides access to the central office and business district.
