The office B.S.L. worked on the project PHOENIX Lake the open spaces in the urban development area.
These are the green spaces that connect the adjacent construction areas with the PHOENIX Lake.

By the office B.S.L. varied green spaces with different characters and uses were developed, which contribute through a coordinated use of materials and plants to a uniform appearance of the open spaces at the PHOENIX Lake.
These include, for example, the playground at the magazine building or the "Small Valley" and the "Large Valley" with the "PHOENIX Gardens", which are both connecting links and recreational areas on the north side of the lake.

In the planning process, emphasis was placed on optimizing the open spaces in terms of their barrier-free usability. The large differences in height in the terrain posed a particular challenge. In the future, the PHOENIX gardens, for example, can be experienced both through a ramp system with lounge areas and through a staircase.
