The simplicity and power of the few elements used shape the sequence of rooms and the atmosphere.
A wall of native shell limestone forms a new contour within the open space and, together with stair lines, mediates the different levels. Carpets made of bands of shell limestone slabs formulate an inviting gesture to the entrances. In the midst of the spatial situation, a square area is created, which is served by the gastronomy as a beer garden in the light shade of a chestnut tree.
Plant containers made of corten steel, benches made of local oak and discreet lighting in the evening hours illustrate the current zeitgeist without being obtrusive.
