Prowell, Offenbach / Palatinate

In the course of the new construction of the production facility and the head office in Offenbach / Queich, the outdoor area was designed and completed. Two blocks of trees (linden and swamp oak) visually separate the two functional areas. The parking lot is used jointly. In the lime grove, two sports areas are provided for all employees (beach volleyball, boules area).
The design elements around the administration, two water basins, wooden decks, plantings, gravel strips and large format slabs, connect the open spaces with the interior spaces, which are pushed under the overhanging 1st floor. The large water basin also serves as rain retention and infiltration.
