The new Deutsche Börse building in Eschborn (KSP Architekten, Frankfurt) consists of a high-rise cube and a multi-storey car park. The common wall base with large slab grid is divided by a ramp and an open staircase with glass door system.
Despite static restrictions, high line density and safety requirements, it was possible to maintain a guiding idea for the planting, which underlines the solitary claim of the building.
