Within the scope of the obligation to ensure traffic safety, both privately and publicly owned trees must be regularly inspected for their traffic safety, insofar as they may pose a danger to persons or property. We carry out the regular inspections in accordance with the current state of the art in the leafy and non-leafy condition of the trees with the aim of ensuring traffic safety as well as maintaining the health of the trees and promoting their development.
