The design envisages a multifunctional, playable green centre that can be used by the neighbourhood community across generations and is connected to the adjacent residential buildings via a framing network of paths. Shallowly curved mounds of lawn, spanned by a light tree canopy, run from north to south and thematise the image of a topography shaped by the tides. In the south, the open space ends with a generously dimensioned viewing terrace and opens up to the adjacent public green spaces.
