New construction of district sports hall Penzberg New construction of outdoor facilities and traffic areas

The site of the new sports hall is located next to the existing sports hall and the Penzberg wave pool. With the completion of the area in the next few years by a further use of general needs, the buildings are grouped around a common square. The new sports hall already aligns itself with this urban place with its entrance and open staircase.

We design the main entrance area as a representative entrance with a combined staircase and seating steps. The outdoor facilities are freely accessible, so we choose a robust and at the same time appealing mixed perennial planting for the green areas at the entrances. The access from the street is barrier-free and level. A path along an embankment wall with seating leads step-free from the parking spaces to the entrance areas of the various uses at the future square.
