Lawn areas with clearly modeled slope edges structure the garden and intercept the height difference of 2.30 m to the southern property line. The swimming channel takes up the eastern house line and ends with a small waterfall into the, at right angles, filter zone. The meadow, enclosed by two water areas, forms the residential lawn island. On the opposite water side is, in the lawn-modeled area, the vegetable garden.

The house entrance is emphasized with large-format, elevated concrete slabs, which carry the hallway as a living area to the outside. The entrance floats like a footbridge above the lawn landscape. This lightness is enhanced in the dark by the indirect, green-colored lighting below the grating in the door area.
