The representative residential house was built in 1910 and is now a listed building. With the renovation, the extension by an annex and relocation of the main entrance, the garden was redesigned. It is divided into five areas, all on different levels. The rooftop terrace adjacent to the kitchen and dining area features a generous dining area and tiered privacy plantings in raised beds. Seating pebbles and planters create a casual atmosphere. Two steps lead to the terrace in front of the library, which, like the main terrace, features large, handmade planters. The exit to the garden via the stairs leads to the lawn, which has a generous effect due to the sloping cut of the plot. At its end, an old bluestone fountain is positioned as a focal point. A curved path leads from there around the building to the entrance area. Here, stately rhododendrons line the generous staircase. In the opposite direction, one reaches the courtyard from the lawn, the garage entrance. A pine tree is integrated as a solitaire into the paved area. Behind low dolomite walls, rhododendrons form an early summer focal point. The roadside greenery with stately lime trees and chestnut trees creates a park-like atmosphere.

In the context of the competition Gardens of the Year 2019, this garden was selected as one of the 50 most beautiful private gardens 2019.
