A clear layout with a semi-circular lawn as a border to the existing trees forms the basic structure.

Various seating areas are invitingly designed: the dining area is shaded from the rain by a slatted pergola, while the lounge area with fireplace enjoys the evening sun under the canopy of amber trees. A water element in the form of a stone cube is equipped with bubblers. A multi-stemmed ornamental maple brings greenery to the terrace, while the umbrella-shaped trees above the lounge also serve as a privacy screen and protect against views of tall neighboring buildings. The planting is dominated by hydrangeas and a few perennials from the white and blue color spectrum.
