Residential complexes at the Alaunpark in Dresden Three inner-city residential complexes with private and communal green spaces

Creation of open space concepts for three inner-city residential complexes with upscale amenities.
Creation of private garden spaces with terraces, patio courtyards, front gardens, house trees and tool sheds, neighborhood squares and communal green spaces with seating and play areas, residential streets and paths, enclosures and access points - predominantly on underground parking areas.
Development paths and planters on the upper levels of the buildings as well as semi-public areas in front of shops and offices.

The linear, reduced forms of the architectural language were enriched by a thematic differentiation of the open spaces. This included the specification of house trees, the creation of play areas, neighbourhood squares and communal green spaces.

These are three different residential complexes north of Tannenstrasse in Dresden's Neustadt district.
