The company building of a cleaning company in the industrial area of Chemnitz-Röhrsdorf. The style businesslike, clear forms, cool gray tones on the exterior facade, warm red-orange tones in the common rooms.
A very small courtyard as a central focal point of all common areas of the employees and as an entrance area from the parking lot.
Elaborate design with water as the central element. Modern interpretation of the principles of Japanese garden design.
Sparent use of color: dominance of gray tones, contrasting only by the glowing red autumn color of the Japanese maple. A split granite ashlar as a source stone: eye-catcher and source of relaxation.
Special features: Staging of the designed highlight of the plant in the smallest space.
