To the delight of SC Vorwärts Wacker von 1904 e.V., pitch 3 at the Öjendorfer Weg sports facility in Hamburg-Billstedt was converted from a running pitch to an all-weather artificial pitch as part of a renovation project. The ancillary areas were also upgraded in this context: The entrance area was opened up and a spacious forecourt area was created, which can be used for events and has two standing steps. A boules court was added to the sports facilities. In addition, a 6-mast floodlighting system creates a playing and training opportunity even after dark.
