For the extension of the stable building of the alpaca farm as a project in the external area according to § 35 of the building code, an impact assessment with compensation planning was required at short notice to take into account the impact regulation under nature conservation law according to § 15 ff of the Federal Nature Conservation Act.

For this purpose, an inventory of the vegetation and use structures was quickly carried out and the significance of the impact area for the protected goods animals, plants, soil, water, air and climate as well as the landscape was assessed before and after the implementation of the planned development. In order to reduce and compensate for impairments to the protected goods, extensive roof greening and the planting of native deciduous trees on the pasture areas were agreed. In addition, the faunistic study was coordinated to take species protection into account.
