Directly adjacent to the Seepark is the Yella-Hertzka-Park as a residential environment and counterpart to the much more public Seepark.
The linear Yella-Hertzka-Park is conceived as a design continuum to the Seepark, it follows related design principles and consequently accommodates a series of play and recreation areas similar to the Seepark - from abstract hill formations to a figurative playground for small children, whose play equipment was all designed in-house and developed with play equipment manufacturers.
