In 1925, the square with the fountain and the fishermen's sculpture was laid out as an open, green square.
Due to renovations and redesigns in the 70s and 80s, the symmetry of the fountain was partially lost.
The goal of the redesign was to restore the square area at the fishermen's fountain based on historical plans. The restoration of the fountain and the sculpture in accordance with the preservation order was of particular importance.
