Wind farm Ovelgönne

Windpark Ovelgönne Betriebs GmbH & Co. KG commissioned a wind farm with 12 wind turbines with a height of approx. 200 m in 2018.
In the run-up to this project, Planungsgruppe Grün prepared the landscape conservation
the species protection report and the environmental impact study. PGG also carried out the environmental construction supervision and the bat monitoring.
For the elaboration of the nature conservation documents (landscape conservation plan, species conservation
and environmental impact study) for the immission control approval procedure, surveys of breeding birds, resting birds and bats were required in advance.
bats, which were also carried out by our office in the years 2010-2015. In order to compensate for the encroachment on the habitats of lapwing and
redshank and the loss of habitat for resting limousines and geese, PGG developed measures to create high water levels in the water system. In order to be able to exclude impairments in the course of the construction measures, environmental construction monitoring was carried out.
For the wind farm, a separate transformer station had to be built near the village of Ovelgönne. The impact assessment and compensation area planning were prepared for this.
After the construction of the wind turbines, Windpark Ovelgönne Betriebs GmbH & Co. KG commissioned Planungsgruppe Grün with the necessary bat monitoring.
