Development concept "Steinwarder Tourism Master Plan"
In cooperation with hcb hospitality concepts, SWUP GmbH developed the Steinwarder Tourism Master Plan in 2009.
The aim was to functionally and economically coordinate the various tourist use modules that are available or planned on Steinwarder and to integrate them into the urban and natural environment.

The following building blocks were implemented by SWUP GmbH from 2009 - 2017:
- Experience sea bridge on the Steinwader
from 2009 - 2012
- Sea bridge promenade on the Steinwader
from 2009 - 2012
- "Beach Motel" design of the open spaces
from 2014 - 2017
- "Primus Strand Ressort" design of the open spaces
from 2013 - 2016

In the years 2001 - 2008, the following tourism projects in the wider Heiligenhafen area were planned and built by SWUP GmbH.
- Redesign of the beach promenade
from 2001 - 2003
- Redesign of the holiday park promenade
from 2000 - 2002
- Redesign of the harbour promenade
from 2006 - 2008.
