The Kybergstrasse/Inner Stockweg development is located in Oberhaching, in the south-east of Munich. The development area is divided into a large, communal open space for houses 2-4 and an enclosed dementia garden for house 1.
Two paths provide access to the residential area and link the new residential complex with the surrounding buildings. The "green center" is threaded between this development and serves as a meeting point and place of communication. The play islands and the playground invite children to let off steam.
The garden of House 1 is directly adjacent to the dementia community, offering a view of the lively playground, a circular path, shady spots under a tree or the pergola and a variety of places to spend time. Sweet and fragrant shrubs complete the robust, species-rich planting of perennials and grasses. Two raised beds allow residents to "garden" together.
