The project is located in the district of Wilmersdorf-Steglitz in the direct vicinity of the Grunewald. The property is a corner plot. The house is a two-storey villa type. The swimming pool, located in the basement, is directly accessible from the garden. This required a creative approach to the existing topography. In addition, the garden design used an equally clear formal language as the newly built residential house.
