Due to hygienic concerns, the old water play area, a spray field from the time of the Federal Garden Show in 1989, could no longer be operated. In search of a new play offer, the area surrounded by strict shapes was transformed into a versatile play facility.

Located on the edge of today's Niddatal Landscape and People's Park near the Hausen district, the playground was intended to be visible and inviting from afar. Today, the red steel tubes shine over the trees of the park and entice you to linger and play.

In addition to various climbing opportunities, a water play structure, swings and sand construction site invite you to play in a variety of ways.
