The modern and low maintenance grass garden

This approx. 400 m² modern grass and box garden is decorative all year round.
The design was carried out according to the motto "less is more".

"Light and lively, the grasses dance in the wind" could be the motto of this garden. Although there are no bright colors, this composition looks very lively and anything but boring. All the plants are in shades of green and white. The playful snow-white butterfly bench and the matching gravel surface create a visual attraction and invite you to dream. The different shades of green create a corresponding depth of space, so that the garden as a whole appears larger than it actually is. This feeling is reinforced by the asymmetrical layout. Variety is created above all by the finely selected plant structures and textures. The lanceolate blades of the grasses contrast harmoniously with the heart-shaped leaves of the ground covers and the small oval leaves of the bushes. The inflorescences of the grasses create soft contours with smooth transitions. Organic lawns between the beds function as pathways and follow the principle of a circular path. In this way, the garden can be perceived from different perspectives and angles, giving the viewer the impression of entering a new garden at every turn. The arrangement is not only beautiful to look at, it is also very low maintenance. Only the boxwood needs to be cut once or twice a year. The grasses remain until February and, together with the evergreens, give the garden a decorative ambience even during the winter months.
