The community centre was converted into a multi-generation house. The concept takes up the new demands on the place. The outdoor space, defined by a warm colouring of the materials, is divided into two areas: the open spaces of the kindergarten and the community centre as well as a newly created circular square. This opens up the neighbourhood and at the same time accentuates the bell tower, thus creating identity in the district.
