1st prize / cooperative design procedure: The guiding idea "home-port" offers the option to define thematic design areas based on associations such as jetties, quay walls, marina, lido, etc. Based on the new desired uses of open space, functional thematic spaces can thus be created that contribute to enhancing the identity of the overall space. In addition to upgrading the schoolyards, new leisure and local recreation options can be offered for the entire neighbourhood through targeted opening.
