In the course of the new construction of a villa, the spacious garden area was redesigned.
The existing potentials of the garden with historical structures and formative tree population were worked out. A representative garden and courtyard area with high-quality materials was created at the residential house. The historic natural stone terraces were rebuilt, extensive perennial plantings provide an almost year-round blooming aspect. A landscaped park area surrounded by historic walls adjoins the river. A historic water basin was converted into a natural swimming pool with plant clarification.
