Residential construction Tangermünder Straße Berlin Hellersdorf

In addition to pure landscape architecture projects, Treibhaus Berlin regularly works on projects in social housing construction. In Berlin, Treibhaus Berlin is currently involved in the development of more than 2,400 residential units for the state-owned housing companies. These include the Daumstraße project with 370 residential units and Rauchstraße with 364 residential units in Spandau for WBM, Karl-Holtz-Straße with 470 residential units for DEGEWO in Hellersdorf, Johannes-Tobei-Straße with 398 residential units in Treptow-Köpenick for Stadt und Land and the Tangermünderstraße project with 423 for GESOBAU in Marzahn-Hellersdorf.
Tangermünder Straße is the first project for which work phase 8 has been completed and replaced by work phase 9.
