The future neighbourhood square will be developed as a two-part square overgrown with trees. In the eastern area, the focus is on parking, in the western area on a high quality of stay and a play point for the new quarter. A common leading tree species as well as a uniform ground layer support the spatial perception of the square. The plane tree is the leading tree species, which is complemented with single flowering fruit trees, the filled flowering cherry. The paving is intended to hold the square together. The pedestrian areas will be constructed around the square with scattered asphalt paving. The actual neighbourhood square will receive a water-bound path surface. Rows of beige natural stone blocks were used to zone the square.

The new building structures blend into a public neighborhood park. The park development is based on existing development and vegetation structures. The public park space accommodates community-used areas for children's and youth play. Through the integration of the tree population worth preserving as well as through the integration of important pedestrian connections, the new quarter naturally blends into the surrounding green and urban structures. Residential semi-public open spaces with small children's play areas and recreation zones are located on the plateau that connects the residential buildings. The base area becomes a lively meeting area. At points, the communal areas of the courtyards are structured by private, screened terrace zones.

The esplanades and park areas were planned up to performance phase three and four respectively.
