In order to meet the requirements of water law, hydromorphological improvement in the form of watercourse renaturation was initiated in the municipality of Hausen for two streams.
In this context, economic solutions were developed together with specialist agencies, the municipality and residents, which in total result in a long-term improvement of the water situation in the municipality.
The aim of the measure was to achieve the greatest possible ecological improvement of the affected watercourse sections using simple means. With bank flattenings, structure enrichments and in partial areas a shifting of the brook course a solution was found, which convinced both for technical offices and the adjacent adjacents.
We were allowed to support the municipality both in the planning process and with the conversion as environmental building supervision.

Parallel to the creeks, the adjacent meadow areas were upgraded and secured, which will serve the community as eco-account areas in the future.
