Design of outdoor facilities according to service profile § 38 HOAI (2009)
In Taucha, a near-natural house garden was created in 2005, in which water serves as a formative design element. A spring at the edge of the property feeds a 20 m long stream interrupted by waterfalls and water basins, which flows into a pond with an adjacent marshy zone. A wooden deck with a specially designed barbecue pavilion towers over the pond. The planting is characterized by a variety of aquatic, marsh and riparian shrubs mixed with grasses. A height-graded hedge of flowering shrubs has been planted around the property.
