For the replacement of a primary school at the Senftenauerstraße site in Munich, the construction of a new 6-stream primary school with outdoor and sports areas, all-day care with canteen and catering kitchen, as well as a double sports hall and a swimming hall is planned. The planning contract was awarded in the context of a VgV procedure.

The property with trees worth protecting is located in the middle of a residential area and borders on a small public green space. In the course of the measure, the outdoor facilities are also to be renewed. These include, among other things, the entrance area, the pick-up and delivery zone, the playground with traffic course and access paths, the school garden, a playground with sports equipment, outdoor sports facilities with grass playing field, all-weather pitch with long jump as well as a running track, bicycle storage areas, green areas as well as extensive roof greening and roof terrace.
