Indoor swimming pool Pfaffenhofen New construction of an indoor swimming pool with sauna in Pfaffenhofen

A new indoor swimming pool with sauna facilities is being built in Pfaffenhofen, which will serve both as a recreational and family pool and to meet the school's sports needs. The site, on which the old elementary school was previously located, lies south of the Gerolsbach and is directly adjacent to the triple gymnasium completed in 2014. North of the Gerolsbach, the elementary and middle school is currently being rebuilt.

Our office has been commissioned with the planning of the outdoor facilities. These include the sauna garden as well as the seating steps around the outdoor pool, the forecourt of the swimming pool with parking spaces, the delivery zone and also the new construction of the footpath connection to the elementary and middle school. Special attention is being paid to flood protection, which is being implemented by raising the entire site, among other things.
