The landscape architecture office originated in 1971 in Marl (North Rhine-Westphalia) in the work of landscape architect and professor of green planning (Berlin) Wedig Pridik.
On January 1, 1999, landscape architect Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Freese took over the office as owner after several years of collaboration and partnership.
Prof. Pridik retired from active professional life at the turn of the year 2008/2009.
What has remained is the essential concern of our work,
as different as the topics of the projects are:
- Enthusiasm for the place as motivation
- Perception of the space and the details
- Collaboration with the required disciplines
- Openness in style and design according to the location
- Qualification of the open space in the urban and landscape context
The team led by landscape architect Freese has been pursuing this concern with its usual creativity and care - since April 2011 at the new office location in Dorsten
.
The office combines the activities in the two main areas of landscape architecture, object planning for open spaces and landscape planning.
The field of activity ranges from interdisciplinary framework planning to special detailed planning and from project management to execution (construction supervision).
The professional examination of design and technical issues as well as ecological and urban development issues is a particular concern.
The core of the core team is made up of three experienced landscape architects and trained landscape architecture engineers. If necessary, this team is supplemented by a permanent circle of freelancers and experts from other disciplines.
